NIHR Organizes a Training Event on the “Peacebuilding Process”
The National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR) organized at its headquarters in the Seef District the 2nd event of the “Youth Leaders for Peace and Human Rights” Program entitled “Peacebuilding Process”. The event was organized by the NIHR in cooperation with Embassy of Netherlands and Kuwait Society for Human Rights and presented by Mr. Ahmed Badawi, an expert in the area of peacebuilding process.
The 2nd event aimed to familiarize the participants with the concept of social peace through identifying the themes and mechanisms of the concept of peace and its various drafting stages and providing a detailed explanation of the pillars on which the role of women is based as well as mechanisms of their participation in building national, regional and international peace.
